Our keynote speaker, Jim Bly of Ernst & Young's Pittsburgh office, has built a career around advising private and family-owned companies on governance and board structures. He also maintains a resume book of great board seat candidates for his group at E&Y and actively recruits for board seat openings in Pittsburgh and elsewhere.
