Author Jacob Worksman (HBS PLD) combined his military (NAVY SEAL), education, and private sector experience to allow you and your team to unlock your full potential.
A best selling author of Leadership A Life Sport: A Playbook on what it takes to win as an individual and as a team, Jacob discusses the most important characteristics required by a leader; breaking these leadership characteristics down into relatable stories and experiences from his time as a business owner, Navy SEAL Team Leader, and leadership consultant, Jacob provides viewers with the ”secret sauce” required to be an affective leader at every level.
