About the event
HBS Alums are invited to an informative discussion with Nicholas Hill former Deputy Chief of Mission at the US Embassy in Tokyo. Nicholas Hill has served for twelve years as a U.S. diplomat in Japan, including as Economic Minister Counselor for the three years preceding his tenure as DCM. He has also been DCM and Charge d’Affaires in Sarajevo, as part of his nine years posted in the Balkans. Other tours include Montreal, Ulaanbaatar, and two at the U.S. Mission to the United Nations, from which he retired this year, capping a 37-year career.
Light hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available starting at 5pm.
The Pittsburgh Committee on Foreign Relations Relations was formed in 2022 by members of the community who value a broad and open discussion about issues in US foreign policy and world events that affect the United States.
