About the event

How Innovation in the Arena and Mobile App Helped the Penguins Survive COVID.

Please join us in the RMU Conference Center at PPG Arena to hear Harvard Alumnus

Kevin Acklin, Penguins Chief Operating Officer, describe how the Pittsburgh Penguins

innovated in every aspect of their experience in response to COVID-19. From the time

and method of getting a beer in the arena to the safety of getting from your home to the

arena, the Penguins organization reinvented their on-property experiences, their mobile

app and nearly every other touchpoint with fans in less than a year. What lessons in

innovation from the Penguins experience can we apply to our own organizations? This

on-site event will be held on Wednesday, November 3 at 5:30 pm.

Members of the HBSCP (and a guest) attend free.  Non-member HBS alums and other
