About the event
The HBS Club of Pittsburgh is holding its "kick-off" dinner at Bar Marco for our 2025-26 alumni program year. Join us for good conversation with fellow alums and a special family style gourmet dinner.
Bar Marco, located in the converted Number 7 Fire Engine building in the Strip District, has evolved over the years, with distinct periods ranging from farm-to-table influence by a cadre of former Legume chefs to the wild, in-your-face, avant-garde culinary experiments of nomadic chef Brandon Baltzley. Pittsburgh Magazine in May, 2025 asked "What does it take for a restaurant to be considered a classic? After more than a decade in the Strip District, Bar Marco has earned that title while still managing to feel as fresh as it did on the day it opened." Of course, Bar Marco continues to earn a spot on Pittsburgh Magazine’s Best Restaurants list in 2025.
